Woman Anna Włodarczyk 37 years old. She presented with:

1. sharp, stabbing pain in her left shoulder,
2. numbness in her right forearm and hand
3. intradiscal osteophytes C5 – C6
4. with discopathy compressing the meningeal sac on MRI.

After causal analysis, in therapy with the author’s Quantum chiropractic method by Piotr Zborowski:

1. osteophytes, about 5 mm each, of C4 and C5 vertebrae visible on MRI examination: the probable cause of their build-up – an accident in childhood
